My question is I didn’t take any pills for 4 years and I have temperature and I feel cold sometimes I have headaches what do you think can I take any pills or it’s something here in Kosova called Oki I’m scared to take something because I didn’t take something or went to the doctor for 4 years please let me know

If you have high temperature with headache those are signs of acute viral infection possibly flu. You should:
If the fever with persist, and if your condition will get worse, should pay a visit to your caring doctor to rule out possible complications from flu.
